Cost

The cost of Band Camp 2026 is:

  • $600 per camper registered before April 15
  • $625 per camper registered after April 15

Camp Dates

Band camp begins the afternoon of Sunday, July 19, 2026 and ends with the Grand Concert at 11:00 am on Saturday, July 25, 2026.

Other Important Dates and Deadlines

  • December 15  — Registration Opens
  • April 15 — Early Bird Discount Ends
  • June 12 — Registration Closes
  • July 19 — 5:30-6:30pm Check-in at Camp LuWiSoMo in the Picnic Shelter.
    • Parents/Guardians must check students in at Camp LuWiSoMo. Unfortunately, there is not a bus service available from Milwaukee.  If you need to make special arrangements for your camper, contact Mrs. Rosebrock or Mrs. Kindschi Walter. 
    • Parking is available behind the Chapel. 
    • An evening meal will not be served on July 19.
  • July 25 — 11:00 am Grand Concert in Camp LuWiSoMo’s Chapel
    Family and friends are invited to attend our final concert.

Print and mail your completed registration forms and Camper Health History (linked above) along with payment ($60 registration deposit must accompany the registration forms) to:

FINAL FEES ARE DUE June 12, including tuition and payment for canteen. Please note that payments will not be accepted at camp (with the exception to CASH additions to canteen).
